Ember Spider Solitaire · Web beta · Updated October 3, 2026
This notice describes the browser game published by Horizon Forge Systems LLC. For privacy questions or support, email [email protected]. It covers the current web beta, rather than a future Android release or advertising added later.
Playing the game
- No player account or login is required.
- Your saved hand, progress, statistics, daily challenges and preferences are stored in your browser. The game does not upload these saves to us.
- The current web game does not request advertising or send gameplay analytics or crash reports to Google AdMob or Firebase.
- There is no cloud save or automatic transfer between browsers, devices or the future Android app.
Browser storage and your choices
The game uses local storage to remember progress and settings between visits. It also caches game files, such as images and scripts, to help load the game and support offline use. The game itself does not set advertising or analytics cookies.
You can start over using Settings → Reset Progress and confirming the reset. To remove stored game data and cached files, use your browser's controls to clear site data. If other Horizon Forge games or tools share the same website origin, clearing site data can also remove their saved data. Resetting progress inside this game affects its own save.
Progress remains until you reset it or your browser removes the stored data. Private browsing, browser settings and storage limits can affect whether saves remain available. We cannot restore a save that exists only in your browser.
Temporary diagnostics
The web game keeps a temporary record of gameplay events and errors in the running page for debugging. The current web game does not send this record to an analytics or crash-reporting service. Reloading or closing the page clears that in-memory record.
Website delivery
Loading the game involves requests to the website hosting it. The hosting service receives connection information such as your IP address and the requested files, and may keep technical logs to deliver and secure the website. This is separate from the game's locally stored progress. Any separate website-wide services are also subject to the website's applicable privacy information.
When you contact support
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever information or attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond and investigate your request, and handle it through our email service. Please do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. You can contact the same address to ask about or request deletion of information you have provided.
Future changes
If we add browser advertising, remote analytics, accounts or cloud saves, we will update this notice to describe the new data use and provide any required choices before enabling those features. A future Android release will have privacy information reflecting its actual services.
