I’m Dumesle Julien. Horizon Forge Systems is my independent studio for games, apps, websites, and practical digital systems.

I like understanding how things work—and figuring out how they could work better.
My background is in CRM administration, data systems, and workflow automation. That work has taught me to look beyond a screen to the people, records, and decisions behind it.
Horizon gives that curiosity a home. I develop my own products, including Data Refinery, and work with select clients on websites and systems that make day-to-day operations easier.
Small businesses, clinics, creative brands, ministries, and nonprofits all need technology that fits their work. My role is to understand that work and build something they can use.
